“The future is already here – it’s just not very evenly distributed”. Market leaders from around the world gather as part of the Steve Denning Learning Consortium to discover innovative methods and paradigm shifts required to run Enterprises today. In 2016, Cerner had the opportunity to participate in the Consortium, alongside Spotify, Microsoft, Riot Games, C.H. Robinson, Ericsson, BMW and Barclays. This diverse group of participants brought perspectives from small, large, new and older companies with legacy systems.
This talk will cover some of the common pain points and key learnings any company can benefit from. We will discuss how Agile has moved beyond process to be more about culture and mindset, the importance of having Continuous Delivery and DevOps, ideas around scaling DevOps as well as the obsession of delivering value to your customers.
