How many Dev and QA do we need on each team, what’s the golden ratio? Are our current development and QA environments sufficient? We spent tens of thousands on CI/CD, how did that improve our delivery capability? Is our poor quality slowing us down? What percentage of time is our work actually being “worked” in our teams’ systems? All of these and more have been answered with flow-based metrics. Expanding on the Keynote from Dan Vacanti at last year’s Lean Agile KC Conference, we will look into flow-based metrics and determine how those can guide the best business decision.
